Overview
At Aslam Bhai Fragrances, we are committed to providing our customers with a hassle-free shopping experience. In case you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple return policy to ensure your satisfaction.
If you’re not happy with your purchased item, you can raise a return request within 3 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please log in to your Aslam Bhai Fragrances account, and go to the Request Order page. Once you’ve raised the request, our shipping partner will pick up the order.
Please ensure that the returned item is unused, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact. We reserve the right to reject any return request if the item is not in its original condition or fails our inspection criteria.
Please note that we deduct Rs. 150 for refunds. The refund amount will be equivalent to the purchase price of the returned item.
Please also note that refunds are not applicable for SALE items, which are heavily discounted during the sale period.

Our goal is to make the return process as smooth as possible for you. We have partnered with multiple courier companies to provide reverse pick-up facilities in most areas. To initiate a return request, simply follow the instructions provided in the “RETURN ORDER” section on the footer of our website. However, if the reverse pick-up facility is not available in your area, you can self-ship the item in its original packaging to our operations office address.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@aslambhaifragrances.com.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@aslambhaifragrances.com and send your item to: Shop no 1, business square building, 1676, Tilak Rd, opposite Sir Parashurambhau College, Madiwale Colony, Sadashiv Peth, Pune, Maharashtra 411030.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Shop no 1, business square building, 1676, Tilak Rd, opposite Sir Parashurambhau College, Madiwale Colony, Sadashiv Peth, Pune, Maharashtra 411030.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and if we do, it will be in pristine condition.
